Richard Branson's Virgin Voyages adults-only, high-end and pure luxury venture is officially opened for bookings! The first ship, the Scarlet Lady, sets sail from Miami on April 1st with bookings through to October 25th, 2020.
As always with Sir Branson, there is always something that little bit special: All Virgin Voyages will feature The Beach Club, a Virgin Voyages experience in Bimini, Bahamas. At the Club, sailors (guests) can enjoy one perfect beach day or explore the island.
MAYAN SOL
Sail from effervescent Miami to the unexplored shores of the Yucatán Peninsula, by way of a day and night (9 am to 10 pm) spent at your very own private club (The Beach Club) in Bimini, Bahamas — complete with a bonfire party under the stars. Arriving at 9 a.m. in Costa Maya and leaving at 7 p.m., you'll have plenty of time to relax by the beach and explore the ancient ruins.
HAVANA AFTER DARK
An epic journey from vibrant Miami to Cuba’s capital, by way of a day (8am to 6:30pm) spent at your very own private club (The Beach Club) in Bimini, Bahamas — complete with see-through water and snow-white beaches. Arriving at 9:30 a.m. in Havana and leaving the next day, you'll have plenty of time to bike the unexplored streets and savor a mojito at the local bars after the sun sets.
DOMINICAN DAZE An unrivaled Caribbean sail from Miami to the snow-white shores of the Dominican Republic, by way of a day and night (9 am to 10 pm) spent at your very own private club (The Beach Club) in Bimini, Bahamas — complete with a bonfire party under the stars. Arriving at 9 a.m. in Puerto Plata and leaving at 6 p.m., you'll have plenty of time to lay by the beach and explore the city streets.
On board the vessel, the company announced, sailors will also get access to completely original events developed by some of the world’s most talented creators.
“From modern takes on classic stories to interactive dance parties and off-the-wall participatory acts, the experiences will break down the fourth wall and push the boundaries of traditional stage performances,” Virgin reps shared in a statement. “Virgin Voyages’ entertainment that goes beyond Broadway with first run, experiences that have never been seen before on land or at sea.”
And, perhaps the best announcement, was how sailors have the opportunity to travel with Branson himself for his "epic birthday bash"! Guests are invited to book a four-night journey on its Havana After Dark voyage, departing July 15 2020.
