**Palawan was rated by National Geographic Traveler magazine as the best island destination in East and Southeast Asia region in 2007 and No1 island in the world by readers of Conde Nast Traveler Magazine in 2014.**
"The memories of snorkelling over coral for the first time, sharing the water with a six-metre-long whale shark, and admiring a spectacular night sky from a boat on the Iwahig River, will stay with me for life. Looking back, I am not just happy but impressed with how much we managed to experience - not only the wildlife, but the beautiful surroundings and the extremely welcoming local people. I could have easily stayed for another two weeks, and was sorry to go. Thank you to Greig Smith Travels Wildlife Tours and Nigel Marven for an unique and unforgettable holiday!
