Morocco Herp Trip Holiday Prize Draw Terms & Conditions
Entry to the Morocco Herp Tour Group Trip Holiday Competition Prize Draw is restricted from 01 Feb to the 22nd March 2016. Any persons signing up to the tour after this date will not be entered into the lucky dip but will still be able to travel on the tour as a normal paying customer.
Entry to the Morocco Group Trip Lucky dip is exclusive only to those who have booked their space on the tour AND answered the qualifying entry question on the Morocco Herp Trip webpage.
The tour requires a minimum of 8 people to run. In the unlikely event, that there are less than 7 people, clients will be offered the option of going on the trip at a later date (details to be decided) or to claim a full refund.
If you wish to book your flights independently PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THEM, until we have confirmed that the trip will run. Greig Smith Travels Ltd will not be held liable for any flight cancellation costs of any persons who book flights independently.
All entrants to the lucky dip must read, accept & acknowledge these conditions of the lucky dip
There will only be one winner.
The winner will be reimbursed any monies they have paid towards the Morocco Herp Trip with Greig Smith Travels.
The lucky winner will win their space on the Morocco Herp trip, complete with return flights in economy class from the UK**. The prize is for one person only. Room will be on a twin share basis. Single paid supplement available on request.
**Greig Smith Travels will only pay up to £200 in total towards the cost of the international flights for the winner only. (current flight prices range from £80 - £180 and are subject to change & availability).
In the event that the winner will not be departing for the trip from the UK, then the above clause will apply and we will pay up to a maximum of £200 towards the cost of the international flight of the winner. (flight receipt must be presented in the event that the winner books their flights independently)
Entrants must be 18 years or over. You must not be an employee of Greig Smith Travels, nor any company associated with us.
The Prize is not transferable nor can it be exchanged for cash.
In the event of a dispute over any aspect of the competition, the final decision will rest with Greig Smith Travels Ltd. and we reserve the right to disqualify any applicant, should we have grounds to suspect that the conditions of the competition have been breached by them.
The winner will be selected from the entries received before 17:00 on the closing date and our decision is final.
Only the winning applicants will be contacted by us and no other correspondence will be entered into.
The winner’s name may be published on the company web-site after the closing date of the competition.
Greig Smith Travels Ltd. reserve the right to amend the terms of the competition without notice. Should this be necessary.
Greig Smith Travels Ltd reserves the right to amend any aspect of the itinerary due to, but not limited to, environmental conditions and circumstances. Should any hotels be unavailable, we will book hotels of a similar standard.
The winner will require a valid passport, valid for 6 months beyond the date of travel.
By entering the competition, all applicants agree to be bound by the above terms and conditions.
Standard T&C’s apply to your holiday deposit, therefore your deposit is non refundable in event of cancellation by you (please bear this in mind before you enter). In the event of the tour being cancelled by us, you will receive a full refund for all monies paid by you to Greig Smith Travels Ltd.
In the event that the winner is unable to accept the prize, then another winner will be drawn from the prize draw entrants.
