Costa Rica Luxury Holiday Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

 

Everyone who books their holiday with us (GREIG SMITH TRAVELS LTD) between 01 February and 31st August 2016 (for travel anytime in 2016) and answers our entry qualifying question, will be entered in our free prize draw.

QUALIFYING QUESTION

ONLY if you have satisfied the above criteria will you be entered into our free prize draw.

 

 

• To qualify for entrance you must be 18 years old or more. You must not be an employee of Greig Smith Travels Ltd. or of any company associated with us.

• This is an exclusive free prize draw only for clients of Greig Smith Travels who answer the qualifying question.

• For the purpose of this holiday prize draw, “Clients” refers to anyone who books their holiday with us between 01 Feb and 31st August 2016

• For all clients who book their holiday with us, our standard T&C’s apply (pdf available on request)

• Prizes are not transferable nor can they be exchanged for cash.

• In the event of a dispute over any aspect of the competition, the final decision will rest with Greig Smith Travels Ltd. and we reserve the right to disqualify any applicant, should we have grounds to suspect that the conditions of the competition have been breached by them.

• The winner will be selected from the entries received before 17:00 on the closing date and our decision is final.

• Only the winning applicant will be contacted by us and no other correspondence will be entered into.

• The winner’s name may be published on the company web-site after the closing date of the competition.

• Greig Smith Travels Ltd. reserve the right to amend the terms of the competition without notice. Should this be necessary.

• The winner will require a valid passport and relevant visa.

• By entering the competition, all applicants agree to be bound by the above terms and conditions.

• The hotels reserve the right to impose peak season restrictions and the complimentary nights are subject to availability.

• Prize is subject to change and availability and peak season restrictions.

• If any hotel/agent withdraws their prize offers for any reason whatsoever, Greig Smith Travels Ltd will not be liable to replace the hotel nights.

• If the prize draw winner of the prize is unable to take the holiday, another name will be drawn from competition applicants and awarded the prize

• Standard T&C’s apply to your holiday deposit, therefore the deposit is non refundable in event of cancellation by you (please bear this in mind before you enter).

• There is one holiday prize to give away to the lucky winner of the holiday prize draw, (prize supplied by our agent in Costa Rica)
