Terms and Conditions of the Greig Smith Travels Ltd January 2016 prize draw competition

• To qualify for entrance you must be 18 years old or more. You must not be an employee of Greig Smith Travels Ltd. or of any company associated with us.

• Entrants to the competition must pay a holiday deposit of no less than £100 to Greig Smith Travels Ltd, towards any holiday they would like to book by the 29th Jan 2016. (for travel anytime in 2016) .Failure to comply with these conditions will render an entry invalid.

• Prizes are not transferable nor can they be exchanged for cash.

• In the event of a dispute over any aspect of the competition, the final decision will rest with Greig Smith Travels Ltd. and we reserve the right to disqualify any applicant, should we have grounds to suspect that the conditions of the competition have been breached by them.

• The winner will be selected from the entries received before 17:00 on the closing date and our decision is final.

• Only the winning applicants will be contacted by us and no other correspondence will be entered into.

• The winner’s name may be published on the company web-site after the closing date of the competition.

• Greig Smith Travels Ltd. reserve the right to amend the terms of the competition without notice. Should this be necessary.

• The winners will require a valid passport and relevant visa.

• By entering the competition, all applicants agree to be bound by the above terms and conditions.

• The hotels reserve the right to impose peak season restrictions and the complimentary nights are subject to availability.

• Prize is subject to change and availability.

• If any hotel/cruise/agent withdraws their prize offers for any reason whatsoever, Greig Smith Travels Ltd will not be liable to replace the hotel nights.

• If the prize draw winner of either prize is unable to take the holiday, another name will be drawn from competition applicants and awarded the prize

• Standard T&C’s apply to your holiday deposit, therefore the deposit is non refundable in event of cancellation by you (please bear this in mind before you enter) Minimum nominal deposit £100.

• There are two prizes to be won, and two names will be drawn out of the entrants at random. Maximum one prize per entrant.

La Pinta Yacht, 4day/3night cruise

2 passengers sharing a double/twin standard cabin

Spaces subject to availability at the time of booking

The cruise can be confirmed 60 days before operation

 

LA PINTA CRUISE INCLUDES:

Accommodation aboard La Pinta, all meals, soft drinks*, island sightseeing, naturalist guides and lecture services in English/Spanish only, wet suit rental ,snorkeling gear, internet*, luggage handling, medical care on board (but not the cost of medication), taxes and transfers in the islands.

 

* Please note: soft drinks are considered juices and carbonated drinks, not “virgin” cocktails; internet connections onboard consist of 2 computer stations in the library and Wi-Fi in the yacht’s social areas; due to the Galápagos’ remote location, internet connections are intermittent and low-bandwidth.
